Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Main Terms of Service:

• We offer a free trial class to new students without any fees during the trial lesson. After the free trial class, it is up to the students to start regular classes at ZIA Academy.
• Students are not allowed to discuss any payment or contact details with their teacher.
• If the assigned teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be assigned, and students are not allowed to stay in touch with the previous teacher.
• The fees of students can vary according to the academy’s policies.
• ZIA Academy can revise its terms of service at any time, and these will be updated and added to the website as well.

Classes Attendance Policy:

• If a student is absent from any class without prior notice (except in cases of emergency), the academy or the assigned tutor is not obligated to provide an alternate class or reschedule the class.
• If a teacher is late for the class or absent, the tutor will make up any missed time or class.
• Time is very important, so students must be on time and not be late.

Progress Reports:

• The teacher writes down all notes related to the student in summary reports so the admin can send a student progress report every month.
• We will ask our students for their ratings and feedback to address any inquiries or complaints, as student feedback helps the admin to improve services.
